Syrian-American. First-generation. College dropout. Serial entrepreneur. Black sheep, rebel, trailblazer. A polymath with depth across physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, nutrition, endocrinology, neuroscience, pharmacology, functional medicine, psychology, philosophy, and the world's wisdom traditions — and the lived experience to back every word of it.
The path started young. Bullied, skinny, an outcast in a first-generation Arab-Muslim household — a kid looking for an outlet to feel powerful. The gym became my sanctuary. As I created myself, others started asking. Helping them became my vocation. A few near-death experiences along the way — a near-fatal kidney rupture at sixteen among them — drove me deeper into the work of healing both body and spirit.
Plant medicine entered the picture and changed everything. Accelerated my growth, expanded my consciousness, opened up the dogmas and childhood programming I had inherited. Then a career-ending knee injury closed the door on professional soccer — and opened a different one entirely: integrative health, functional medicine, and the holistic understanding of the human system. That became the foundation of WELLTH.
I've spent the last eight years coaching and facilitating transformations, integrating the most effective tools I've personally trained in and lived: functional medicine, performance training, breathwork, trauma-informed therapy (IFS, NLP), inner work, contemplative practice, shamanism, and plant medicine. Currently based in Medellín, Colombia — traveling the world hosting epic retreats and transformational events alongside some of the most interesting, influential, and coolest people on the planet.
